If you are in the business of having your own tooling, whether it be directional or stabilization we are here to help with all of you re-manufacturing needs. Our experienced staff meet with you to get the exact specifications of what you want you tools built back up to so that you will have confidence when you go to run them again that they will be like new and able to perform the duty asked.

When tungsten and carbon unite they become one of the hardest of all carbides. Weld Hard-facing is a method for applying tungsten carbide to parts and equipment exposed to wear. We usually use 10-18 & 6-10 Carbide on our own tools, but we also have a hardfacing wire that use on rush jobs with a Rockwell rating of 64 hardness. We have ovens on site for preheating and post heating to ensure structural integrity. CSS Drilling Tools has designed a slow cooling process that allows tools to cool down without warping. We can use this process for agriculture, construction, ground engaging tools and most of all for oil field and drilling applications.

We specialize in rebuilding Adjusting Nuts for Directional purposes, motor stabs and Bit Tipping, but have a full shop of certified welders to complete any job that may arise for you
